ECON-SD10MS锡渣分离机主要用于将波峰焊机在焊接过程中产生的氧化物进行还原、直接回收利用，以达到降低生产成本、保护环境和辅助提高产品质量的目的。

ECON-SD10MS is an endeavor in reverting and recycling the oxides which ur during working of a Wave Soldering Machine in order to reduce production cost, create a greener environment and assist the quality process.

本机采用特殊搅拌结构，碎锡渣经加料斗自动输入搅拌区进行搅拌分离，直接将焊锡与焊锡氧化物分离。

Use special stirring system to melt the tin residues in the tin container and separate tin and ash in the separation container by the high speed of screw rotation.

Feeding part installed on the outside for easy operation

5、 分离后的焊锡排出后冷却成型，焊锡成份稳定可靠，可直接投入生产；

Seperated pure tin is relable and can be directly launch into production after cool down.

6、 分离后的焊锡氧化物直接进入收集箱内;

Seperated dust directly goes into collect box.

7、 配套烟雾过滤系统采用不锈钢网，可有效过滤废气中甲笨与二甲笨；

Equipped with exhaust fan filteration, of which is uses stailess steel mesh, can effectively filter toluene and xylene in the smoke.
